Problems: interferes with my original love, Mariah, whose story really should be told, and requires research. I'll be altering the stuff, because my steampunk-pseudo-Japan will change certain things (the Meiji Restoration will NOT involve abandoning the samurai class or the daimyo system, nor will it involve Westernizing the clothes and civil service structure, various martial arts' timelines will be shifted back to the early 1800s so they are well-established by 1867 (the beginning of the Restoration), Shinto ceremonies and magic will more resemble Western practices, there will be STEAMPUNK elements (I'm in ur history, steamin ur Japanese punks)), but I need to know what's what if I want to change it. I also want to include subtle elements which depend on Japanese culture, and if I just use a couple, they'll be either conspicuous or totally overlooked as a baka gaijin being uppity.
Thoughts?
Also, Moonlight was a good show, you should get the DVDs from your local library.
Also, I'm making sekanjabin.

I don't know how to love but I won't let anybody put me don; I won't be let down, I'll try. Ready to love, I'm sure I can make the wish I made then, ne? I'll bet I can make it come true.
